The Death Of Scalia: Will The Constitution Meet The Same Fate?
On Saturday Supreme Court Justice and Constitutional purist, Antonin Scalia died at Cibolo Creek Ranch, a remote luxury hunting lodge in Shafter, TX. Scalia went to bed Friday night after a long day of Quail hunting at the ranch. That night, he had dinner with the ranch owner John Poindexter, a wealthy Obama donor and some of Scalia’s hunting partners. At around 9 PM, Justice Scalia told Poindexter that had a long day and was tired and going up to bed. The next morning Poindexter went to wake Scalia at around 8:30 the next morning. Poindexter said the door was locked and Scalia did not answer so Poindexter went on an outing with Scali’as friend from Washington and that’s when Poindexter found Scalia dead in his room.
“We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bed clothes were unwrinkled,” said Poindexter.
“He was lying very restfully. It looked like he had not quite awakened from a nap,” he said.
A pillow over his head? Now I don’t know about you but I was always under the impression that a pillow’s primary function was to provide comfort to someone’s head and that comfort isn’t usually achieved by sleeping with it over your head. Most people opt for a more traditional sleeping approach of a pillow being under your head, but then again I’m not a member of the sleep foundation so what do I know?
The second red flag is there is there was no autopsy. Many detectives and other law enforcement both current and retired, who have dealt with countless death investigations raise many concerns about a lack of an autopsy.
“It’s not unreasonable to ask for an autopsy in this case, particularly knowing who he is,” retired Brooklyn homicide Detective Patricia Tufo told The Post.
“He’s not at home. There are no witnesses to his death, and there was no reported explanation for why a pillow is over his head,” Tufo said. “So I think under the circumstances it’s not unreasonable to request an autopsy. Despite the fact that he has pre-existing ailments and the fact that he’s almost 80 years old, you want to be sure that it’s not something other than natural causes.”
Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara pronounced Scalia dead over the phone Saturday afternoon, according to the Washington Post. Guevara told the Post she made the determination after being assured by law enforcement at the scene that “there were no signs of foul play.”
Seriously? First there is no autopsy, then they announce the cause of death over the phone? And “no signs of foul play.” Umm, maybe the pillow over his face is maybe even a little on the suspicious side?
When you combine the suspicious events leading up to and following his death with the key timing of all this with all key Supreme Court rulings that hang in the balance, an intellectually honest person would have suspicions. The globalists are showing they aren’t playing around. With outsiders like Trump and Cruz on the march to the presidency, the elite have fired their first serious warning shot.
If Republicans have any testicular fortitude left in them (don’t hold your breath) they will fight this nomination tooth and nail until the hopefully win the White House. We cannot let Obama further destroy the constitution and The Bill of Rights even more than it has. The constitution is on life support and one more nomination from this far left ideologue would put the final nail in the coffin. Let him show the American people how much of a king he inspires to be by forcing him to make a recess appointment that would only last until the next president is sworn into office.
Please Pray for our country…
